Honey Siracha Shrimp

Ingredients

FOR THE HONEY SAUCE

  • 2 1/2 cups mayonaise
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar

Siracha Sauce
 

Directions

  1. Season shrimp with lime juice, black pepper, and Spice King Gourmet Seafood Seasoning.
  2. Place a bamboo skewer through each shrimp. Allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil to 375 degrees.
  4. Mix batter ingredients together to form a loose batter (as shown in the video).
  5. Sprinkle shrimp with flour and dip each shrimp into the batter and immediately into the hot oil at 375 degrees.
  6. Drizzle each shrimp with the batter while its frying to create a decorative coating.
  7. Mix honey sauce ingredients together and drizzle fried shrimp with honey sauce, siracha sauce, and chopped chives.
  8. Enjoy!
