Cachaça is a Brazilian brandy made from sugar cane. Serve over ice and enjoy.

Ingredients

• 1 lime
• 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar (my favorite) or white sugar
• 2 ounces Cachaça*
• Crushed ice
  
  

Directions

1. Cut up a lime into 8 wedges.
2. Muddle the wedges in a rocks glass with sugar.
3. Add Cachaça and top with ice.
4. Stir and serve.
